Smoke Pitt BBQ

The Smoke Pit barbecue restaurant is closing its doors. It has been around since 1961 and opened one mile from the Tarrant County courthouse. The tavern became a favorite hangout for politicians. While it isn’t a surprisingly choice place for barbecue, the current owners are putting a lot of effort into the business. This year marks the last day of business for the old Wink’s BBQ. The owners have promised to reopen the restaurant in October.
The Smoke Pit has had a long history in Nova Scotia.
The food was delicious, and I would go back again! The rib tips were smothered in sweet, smoky barbecue sauce, and were perfectly tender and slightly burnt. The pulled pork was slow-cooked until it was juicy, succulent, and brimming with smoky BBQ flavor. The ribs were a highlight of our trip to Downtown Salisbury. The smoked chicken was a wonderful accompaniment, as well.
The Knot Pub

The Knot Pub in Lunenburg, NS is an old-fashioned bar with an Irish ambiance. You’ll enjoy the cosy atmosphere and live music every night, and you’ll find a great variety of beers to choose from. This pub is a great choice for those looking for a relaxing night out. While the pub is small, it does offer plenty of food and drink options. However, it’s not as charming as it may seem.
The Knot Pub serves good Canadian food and is located near the Peer Gallery. Visitors will love the perfectly cooked fish & chips and the pan-fried haddock and scallops. They will also love the peanut butter pie and the fudge sundae. Those who don’t like spicy food should stay away. The Knot Pub also has excellent coffee. The restaurant is open seven days a week.

The bar area is decorated with Amish-made furniture and features a fireplace. The food at the Knot Pub is delicious and the prices are fair. The atmosphere is a nice place for an evening out with friends. It has a cozy, warm atmosphere and is a great choice for those who love seafood.
Bar Salvador

In an old fish processing plant, The Waterfront Restaurant & Bar serves seafood and pasta. This restaurant has a unique history and is located right on the waterfront. The Old Fishery Bar & Grill serves burgers and beer. The Shipwright Brewing Company Wharf side serves locally brewed craft beer and is open for dinner and late-night bites.
The Old Fish Factory is a historic building on the wharf. The former fish processing plant is now a museum and restaurant. Their signature dish, the Medley of the Sea, is a cornucopia of fishy tastes and is a must-try. The restaurant was founded in 1922, and opened its doors on the first day of the twenty-second season.
